1. Returns

At RnDStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it in accordance with the terms outlined below:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
• Customized or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team at Support@rndstore.in to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Include the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
• Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [Support@rndstore.in ]. We will provide instructions on how to return the item or, if applicable, request photographic evidence of the damage.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged.
