At RnDStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it in accordance with the terms outlined below:

• Include the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.
• Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
